What is Wellness Coaching? Living your best life means taking full responsibility and living intentionally. But there is more, a holistic approach to wellness means integrating mind, body and spirit. I believe there is a soul sickness, especially for Americans, that has to be dealt with by including a reconnection with nature, eating whole foods that are locally raised by farmers who care about the land and treatment of their animals and restoring movement as an integral part of our day. It's not a return to the old days, it is creating a nourishing environment in which to thrive and feel good about the way we are living our daily lives! It's about getting up each day excited about what you can experience that day. Try getting up each morning, doing some stretches and looking out a window at nature and counting your blessings. Even when we are going through hard times, there is always something to be grateful for. What we focus on grows, make it something good!
